We believe in honesty and integrity and that’s why our policy is simple “Final Sale – no refund, no exchange.” Many companies offer return policies which are often not upheld or they simply return the product to the manufacture for reimbursement. This drastically drives up the cost of the product which is then passed along to the consumer.

 

Through our buying process, we negotiate deals that are not always favorable for the manufactures, rather they are often losing money in efforts to clear-out excess inventory. For this reason manufactures are not in the position to offer us returns, rebates, and warranties. At often one third the cost of our competition, we don’t think that’s a bad trade-off.
